Delectable Food: Savor traditional African dishes bursting with flavor, from spicy stews to pastry dishes, amala, fufu, yam, egusi and maybe crunchy treats like chin-chin that will delight your palate.
Live Entertainment: Enjoy captivating performances, including Christmas Carol presentation, Afrobeat dance choreography, Father Christmas (Santa) visit and fun area for kids. Live deejays, local artists, LED Dance floor, disco lights, games, raffle draws and many prizes to be won.

What to Expect - Vendors:
We have limited tables and are expecting an influx of vendors who would like to have clearance sales for the end of the year. If you have items in stock and would like to clear those for 2025 and make room for more stock come 2026 new year, then grab this opportunity asap. Chairs would be provided at no additional cost to vendors.
NOTE: All Vendors receive complimentary listing on pamphlet that would be shared to all in attendance ($200+ value).
Early Bird Table Sales:
Select your table, secure your ticket and take advantage of best location for your store. Early bird sales ends by midnight on September 11, 2025 or when the early bird tickets/tables are sold out.
Main Entrance VIP Table:
Few selected tables (Blue) located right in front of the main entrance/exit way. Vendors that grab these tables would be seen by shoppers as they enter and exit the hall. It is a premium location where you'd be the first to attract visitors to your stand.
General Table:
These are all other vendor tables in the hall (Green). Select your table early while stocks last.
General Shared Table:
These are general tables for 2 vendors that want to share a table (Pink).
Power Outlet/Source:
Thorncliffe hall and management has agreed to provide power outlets and sources at additional cost for vendors that require same. This includes power bank, outlets and extension cables. Vendors are required to bring additional extension cables, power bars and multi-sockets if required. Select the red box and add to your basket if you require power.

Main Entrance Table
Grab attention of everyone that comes into the hall with these tables. They are the first tables people see once they come in, meaning everyone will pass through your shop first before visiting other places.

Tables for general products and services. The hall is large enough to accommodate every vendor and each vendor can purchase more than one table for items that will require more than one table. Vendors can also collaborate and share stalls.
