It is the legal framework for presenting our obligations to our clients, but also to address different possible scenarios that may occur, and what happens in each and every case.
Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

During peak seasons, special promotions, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather delays or supply chain disruptions), processing times may be extended. We will notify you if a significant delay occurs.

Service orders may be processed immediately and client will receive receipt and email confirmation where payment has been made.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Local Pickup

Customers located in Calgary or Airdrie and its environs, Alberta may request a free local pickup option, subject to availability.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

DJ EL Music is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to international shipments.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, customs clearance, or handling fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages

DJ EL Music is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are non-refundable. Additional reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
