​1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website (www.djelmusic.ca), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided
DJ El Music (Donnel Media, we, our, us) offers DJ and entertainment services for public and private events from any individual, group or organization (User, You, client, customer) that contacts us. User may book our services, create accounts, upload files, and interact with the site community. DJ EL Music also organizes community events to foster togetherness and bring vendors and clientele together.

3. User Accounts & Conduct

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features and pages.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful content, or violate any laws.

• You agree not to spam any member of our site nor our webpage, email or affiliates.

 

4. Payments

• We accept PayPal, e-transfer, and in-person payments.

• Invoices are issued electronically. Our invoices act as receipts as well.

• Payments must be made as per the terms agreed upon during booking - this includes paying minimum deposit of $200 or as agreed, then paying complete balance before the event date.

• The minimum deposit is to hold the date as booked and it is non-refundable.

 

5. Booking & Cancellations

• Booking is on a first-pay-first-serve basis. Reservations are considered booked when the agreed deposit is made and contract is signed and returned to us. 

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 1 month in advance. 

• If client cancels event for any reason, further preparations for that event shall cease and client shall forfeit their minimum deposit if made.

• DJ El Music reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund, deejay replacement or rescheduling will be offered.

 

6. Disclaimers

• DJ El Music is not liable for power outages, venue issues, or equipment malfunction.

• We make no guarantees regarding music preferences whether discussed prior to the event or not. Services are rendered to the best of our abilities and we shall not be held liable for any songs not played during such service.

• We are not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g. social media integrations, vendor behaviour or absenteeism).

 

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site unless otherwise mentioned —including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and mixes—is the property of DJ El Music or licensed appropriately. Unauthorized reproduction or copying is prohibited. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, including loss of data or revenue, arising from your use of the site or our services. Donnel Media shall be held indemnifiable on this account.

 

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and applicable laws of Canada.

 

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.​
