Cancellations & Refunds

Client Cancellations: Bookings canceled more than 1 month before the event may qualify for a partial refund (minus any deposit and other charges resulting in renting, hiring or subscription payments).

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 1 month of the event are non-refundable.

DJ El Music Cancellations: In rare cases where we must cancel, you will be offered a full refund, deejay replacement or the option to reschedule.
Product Refunds
Our product sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If an item purchased is faulty or damaged and the buyer notifies us, we will endeavour to provide a replacement.
Event Modifications
Changes to event details (venue, time, setup, music preferences, equipment, rentals) must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event via our website. We cannot guarantee accommodations for changes made after that window.
